Q: I got the Product I ordered, but it didn't come with the Free Acapella Collection. Where is it?
A: We have to manually check orders for validity. Once verified we will send the Free Acapella Package.

Q: I placed my order and have not received my download links.
A: Consider checking your spam folder, or email filters to verify that it is not being diverted from your inbox. A Very Common Issue!

Q: I do not have a Paypal Account or Google Checkout Account. Can I send a check or money order instead?
A: Both Google Checkout and Paypal have the option to pay with any major credit card without the need for an account. We no longer accept checks or money orders.

Q: Can I use these samples in my commercial music production?
A: All samples are Royalty Free (EXCEPT for the Free Acapella Collection Samples). You are able to use (not resell) all samples you wish without the need for attribution.
